Reader Q&A
Submit a question, a claim you've spotted, or a personal training scenario. Strong Qs become full guides on /guides/ — credited or anonymous, your call.
[email protected] →Press, partnerships, expert sources, and reader questions — we read every message and route it to the editor, dietitian, or lab reviewer best placed to answer. Most replies land within two business days.

Pick the lane that fits — reader Q&A, brand or press inquiry, or a correction request. Drop in the details and we'll route it to the right desk. This is a non-functional preview; submissions are not actually sent from this page.

A reader question isn't a support ticket — it's editorial input. Here's the path a good question takes from the form to a published answer, with the steps we won't skip.
An editor reads every message, tags the topic, and forwards it to the dietitian, lab reviewer, or contributor with the closest context. No auto-responders.
We reopen the original study, COA, or label. If the claim doesn't hold up under current evidence, we tell you — and we tell you what does.
You get a direct answer first. If the question is wide-reaching, it gets turned into a guide, reviewed by our medical advisory board, and published with a permanent URL.
Every answer links the studies it leans on. When new evidence lands, we revisit the page, log a dated change, and notify readers who opted in.
Before you write
If your question is here, the form will still work — but this saves you a round-trip.
Sometimes. When we do, we disclose it at the top of the review, in the spec table, and in any video we publish. We also purchase the same product anonymously at retail whenever funding allows, and we test samples against an internal reference standard before reviewing. If a brand requires editorial approval before publication, we decline the assignment.
Yes, if you hold a relevant credential (RDN, PhD in exercise science or biochemistry, or equivalent clinical experience) and your piece goes through the same evidence review as staff work. Send a 200-word pitch and a sample citation style to [email protected]. We don't pay for op-eds and we don't run undisclosed sponsored content.
Use the reader Q&A tab and include the product name, lot number, the claim on the label, and what you noticed. If the label is misleading or the lot was recalled, we escalate to our corrections desk the same day. Check /products/ first — we may have already reviewed it.
Yes. Our legal lead can turn a mutual NDA around in 48 hours for clinical data, draft COAs, or unpublished trial results. Emailed NDAs aren't accepted — we use a counter-signed DocuSign envelope. Reach [email protected] to start the request.
Factually wrong claims, broken citations, and misattributed quotes are corrected within 24 hours of verification, with a dated correction note pinned to the top of the page. Stylistic and opinion disagreements are answered by email but don't trigger a correction banner. Email [email protected] with the URL and paragraph.
